Living with IBS.

Living with IBS.So some of you may be reading this thinking what on earth is IBS!? So IBS stands for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It is a common syndrome that affects the large intestine.  Abdominal pain is the most common symptom of IBS a few others can be bloating, gas, diarrhoea and constipation. IBS has no cure and is usually a life long problem. Also the NHS do not yet know what exactly causes IBS.
When I was diagnosed
I was around 7 years old when I was diagnosed with IBS. My mum decided to take me to the doctors as I wasn't putting much weight on, I just wasn't getting any bigger. After tests for things such as chrohns disease, celiacs and all coming back negative and around a year later the doctors were left with no other reason but me having a severe case of IBS. When we found out it was IBS it definitely wasn't smooth sailing from there. I was hospitalised with it at one point, I just remember being extremely ill to the point I wasn't able to hold my medicine dow…

3 days in Paris!

Image
3 days in Paris! I recently returned home from a 3 day trip to Paris, the trip was amazing and everything I could have asked for. Paris is a truly beautiful city.
We started our trip flying from my home town Liverpool on a unbelievably short flight to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport. We were literally flying for around 40 minutes tops.
If you are travelling to Paris any time soon Charles de Gaulle airport is huge! We had booked our holiday through Wowcher which meant brilliantly we were staying at a Disney Hotel!! The easiest way to get to Disney from the airport is when you've got through border control follow signs for the TGV train. These signs will take you straight to the train station within the airport... yes the place is huge you could get lost very easily and it would be a brilliant place for a decent game of hide and seek.
Now. We attempted to buy tickets for the TGV train and failed miserably. We ended up on the RER which wasn't a problem at all it just took us sli…

How to Survive a long haul flight in Economy class!?
Now guys lets be honest Business class and first class flights aren't always realistic.. well to be honest I have never upgraded any of my flights! However Economy flights aren't always the comfiest especially if your flying for 12 hrs plus!
So here are a few of my tips to help you endure that long dreaded flight!
1. Neck PillowA neck pillow for me on long haul flights or even your short 2 hour flights are a must! Comfort is key, if your not comfortable you wont settle and that is not good! Neck pillows are perfect for when watching films on the plane and they really do help me when resting my head to sleep. PLEASE buy your neck pillow anywhere but the airport it would cost you a small fortune! 2. Chewing gumWhen shopping for essentials for my flight chewing gum always sits near the top of my list. I can't remember the last time I took off on a flight without my chewing gum helping me out. Chewing gum can help relieve press…

Things to do in Bangkok!
Lumpini Park: Lumpini park was possibly my favourite place I visited in Bangkok! It was such a nice day out spent in this beautiful park. It gave me serious Central Park vibes. A little stroll round the park checking out Bangkok's nature and saying hello to their slinky reptile neighbours. Honestly just walk round this park and let nature work its magic.

Temples/River Cruise:Bangkok is a city full of culture, so it would be rude not too check out some of their incredible temples! Now girls remember if you choose to pay these temples a visit to have your knees and shoulders covered. When visiting Bangkok's temples we did take a river cruise to get to a few of the temples. My favourite temple was Wat Pho- The temple of the reclining Buddha. A few other popular temples to visit are Wat Arun, Wat Phra Kaew and Wat Traimit. You will learn so much about Bangkok and their culture when visiting these mesmerising temples.

Where Do I Book My Flights!?I'm writing this to inform you all on where online or in store I book my flights to ensure the best deal and best service. There are so many options these days so I'll let you know a few of my favourites 💗
Holiday Pirates and Jacks Flight Club:When looking for flights the first thing I tend to do is check out Holiday Pirates for special flight deals. I love this company they have some of the best deals I have seen! At the moment they have a deal for Amsterdam which is only £97 pp and this includes flights and hotel!? I'm slightly addicted to checking out their websites for the best new deals!
Jacks Flight Club are another company I really do love the idea of. They search and find the best flight deals from the UK to anywhere! Since signing up to their emails I have been sent flight deals for numerous places in U.S.A for less than £300, flight deals for Cuba and many more places. They are total wizards at this and I hold my hands up to them!

Don't Miss these Top places to visit in Siquijor, Philippines! Siquijor was my ultimate favourite island I visited, we head out every day we were there and explored the island. So here is a few of my favourite spots I visited when in Siquijor.
Cambugahay Falls:This place was possibly my favourite spot we visited when in Siquijor. It's such an insta famous spot and when visiting you can 100% tell why. There is 3 tiers to this waterfall and each tier is just as beautiful as the other. There is so many different Tarzan swings as this place which is another brilliant reason for you to visit, we paid 50 pesos for unlimited swings which equals to about £2 guys! Totally worth it. For one of the top tourists spots it wasn't actually that busy and we got there around 11am/12pm, So I wouldn't worry too much about crowds. We spent so much time here with all the locals who are super helpful and friendly.

Lugnason Falls: Another favourite waterfall of mine, Lugnason Falls. This water…
