Philippines Backpacking Travel Guide!

Philippines Travel Guide! The Philippines is made up of  currently 7,107 islands! This means it can and has started to attract a lot of tourists to some of the biggest popular islands! However when working out my route around South East Asia, doing my research I realised a lot of Backpackers are put off by the Philippines. I believe this is because when travelling the Philippines it can sometimes include a lot of internal flights to different islands.

This guide should show you that you can backpack around the Philippines and stick to your budget. I am so glad we budgeted in the Philippines to our travels, it turned out to be my favourite destination I travelled in the 4 months. The most amazing place with the most amazing people 💗

My Top 10 Travel Tips!

I recently just returned from travelling around South East Asia. This was my first backpacking adventure and before I left I would have loved for someone to share these tips with me. I have picked up a few of these tips from mistakes I made myself over there and things that I have learnt from people I met when I was on this crazy adventure.
Don't take yourself too serious/don't stress the small stuff.  Don't sweat about the stuff that you can't control! Just try and enjoy the moment. Missed your boat to the next island? Yes we could get really angry and start stressing out, but life is too short! Spend longer on the island your on, catch the later boat! At the end of the day this will all add to your adventure. 2. Live in the moment. Live in the moment! Learn to laugh at yourself! I can guarantee on your travels there is going to be a few times you make a fool of yourself. Instead of getting embarrassed, learn to laugh at yourself. Don't take life too serious.
